③ : on the sawing stage of the finished product, the storage rack and the framed profiles are arranged in a crowded way. If one of them is pulled by lifting, it is easy to cause mutual scratch. If there are edges and corners, the marking of the profile will be caused.

④ : for the profile extruded by the die with more than two holes (multi holes), due to the uneven speed and uneven length of the profile when the die hole is drawn out, the cross section at the exit will scratch each other at this high temperature, resulting in the rough pockmarked surface with a certain width of flake, and the abraded surface of the oxidized profile presents dark black color, which is the waste product in extrusion.

⑥ : sometimes the profile on the cooling bed is not neat on the shelf, or when checking the profile, one of them is pulled to make it rub against each other, resulting in the scratch of the profile with flake teeth (normal temperature), especially for the profile with wide profile plane (large tube, semi-pass material, gusset plate, etc.) or bending arc profile, the possibility of surface scratch is greater!
